A CheckMyPlot risk check is required before anything can list, so every plot on BuyMyPlot has already been screened. Submit a single plot, or a developer's estate as one submission.

How listing works

Three steps, whether it is one plot or an entire estate.

Submit your details

Plot or estate location, documents, and your contact details, using the form below.

STEP 2

Pass CheckMyPlot

We run the risk check. A single plot is checked on its own. An estate is checked as one submission covering every plot inside it.

STEP 3

Pay and go live

₦50,000 per plot, or a flat ₦1,000,000 per estate. Once paid, your listing appears on BuyMyPlot after admin approval.

This starts the process. We will confirm the CheckMyPlot risk check before any listing fee is due.
